RACING VISUALS: TROUBLE-SHOOTER
The
"unable to process request" message in the Reality Racing
Visuals window simply means that you have been automatically logged out
of your Reality Racing account. Whilst you may still be able to see the
homepage, if you have not moved around the site within the last 15
minutes your account will have been logged out. This is a security
feature to prevent other people accessing your account details should
you leave your computer unattended but logged in.
To resolve this - simply close the
visuals window that popped up, go back to http://www.realityracing.com
and log into your account again.
